How do I request a Platinum Palladium Print?

Due to the rarity of materials used and edition availability they are on a quote basis only. Feel free to send us a message about what image you are interested in and we will let you know.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most prints will take around 2-6 weeks before the work is ready to be shipped. If you have a very tight deadline please message us to see if we can accommodate that time frame. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number with an approximate time to be received.

How do I care for my artwork?

Your print is made out of the highest quality museum grade materials and much care was taken into creating it. To have a lifetime of enjoyment it is best to hang the artwork in a dry environment. It is not advised to hang it in a place, such as a bathroom, where it can be subjected to high levels of humidity. Also when framing it is best to use a UV protective coating glass and archival matting materials. Lower grade mats can discolour the paper after a long time of exposure. Also it is advised to keep the image out of constant direct sunlight.

What is a Pigment Print?

These prints use pigments to create the image on the highest quality 100% cotton based papers. These are used for museum grade archival permeance and allow for large scale printing.

Does the artwork come with a certificate?

Each artwork comes with a unique, signed certificate to ensure the protection of a limited editioned artwork. Every artwork is signed on the front and the back, numbered, and cataloged. The back of the artwork and certificate will have the edition number, medium type, capture date, print date, and serial number.

What do you mean by tube shipped?

Every print 28x28cm and larger is rolled in a tube and packed with paper to ensure your print will arrive in perfect condition. Smaller Platinum Palladium Prints will be flat shipped.

How much is shipping?

Australia is free for regular post, express $20. Rest of the world shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where is my Artwork made?

Everything is made in Sydney, Australia using the highest quality materials.

Do your prints include a frame?

The prints offered in the shop do not include a frame. If you would like framing recommendations or would like us to organise framing and shipping please message us for possible options. Keep in mind shipping framed works is considerably more expensive. Our recommended shipping is tube shipping and arrange framing locally once received. This method is particularly effective with international shipping.

What does it mean by limited edition?

The edition number refers to the amount of prints that will only be produced in that size. Once they are sold out they won't be made again to protect the integrity of the artworks and the collectors who secured them. If you are after a certain image that has been sold out please feel free to contact us and we can see if a collector is potentially willing to sell.

Can I refund or exchange?

All sales are final and refunds are not accepted. If your artwork arrives and is damaged during shipment please message us within 7 days so we can talk about the next possible steps for potential replacement.
